مقامات هو برنامــــــج أفــــــلام قصيــــــرة شهــــــرى من قبلــــــة فى الصحــــــراء. استوحينا اسم البرنامــــــج من المقــــــامات وهى شكــــــل أدبى قديم يتميز بقِصَــــــر المدة، وتواتر نفس الشخصــــــيات فى أزمــــــنة وأماكن مختلفة، فى أســــــلوب يشــــــبه الفيلم القصير
هذه النسخة من مقامات هى تعاون بين قبلة فى الصحراء وأنثروبولوجى بالعربى
برنامج "خــــرج والمفــــروض يعــــد: حيــــوات أخــــرى" لأنثربولوجــــى بالعــــربى، هو مشـــــروع يهتــم بمــــزج تســــاؤلات و أدوات الأنثروبولوجــــى بممارســــات فنيـــة وسينمائيــــة تتمحــــور حول الكتابــــة الإبداعية وصناعة الأفــــلام الوثائقيـــــة. يتمــــركز المشــــروع حــــول رحلــة استكشــــاف، تتفــــاعل مع تســـــــاؤلات عن التجــــربة الشخصيــــة الخاصــــة بهجــــرة المصــــريين إلى دول الخليج، في إطار ورش عمــل مع سبعــــة مشــــاركين من خــــلال إعادة إحيــــاء الأرشيــــف البصــــرى المتحــــرك الخــاص بعــــائلاتهم لمشــــاهدتها و التفــــاعل معها بشكــل حميمى و جمــــاعى. من خــــلال تدريب مكـــثف على أساسيــــات الكتابــــة والإخــــراج للأفلام الوثائقية و تعــــاطٍ أنثروبولوجــــى للتجـــــربة، تم إنتاج سبــــع أفــــلام تسجيليــــة قصيــــرة للمشــــاركين، تعتمــــد بالأساس على إعادة ســــرد المواد الأرشيفية العائلية بوجهــات نظر المشاركين والثُقل تجــــاه ما آلت عليه حيواتهــــم الناتجة عن تجــــربة الهجــــرة تلك

Maqamāt is a monthly short film programme, curated by A Kiss in the Desert. Inspired by the Maqamāt, a concise literary format, with recurring characters adapting different roles, in a manner like that of a short film.
This edition is a collaboration between A Kiss in the Desert and Anthropology Bel3araby.
"Being Borrowed: An Afterlife", a program by Anthropology Bel3araby, brings together the practices of experimental anthropology, creative writing and documentary to create a journey with 7 participants who were touched by the experience of Egyptian Migration to the Gulf, where we collaboratively unpack the weight carried from the unmapped family archive of this migratory experience. Through an intimate program that centres the process of collective engagement with VHS familial archives, we produced seven short films. These short films aim to add to the documents and history of this very understudied collective and profound migratory experience.
